How to Measure
The most reliable way to find your size is to measure the inner diameter of a ring you already own that fits the intended finger perfectly.

Select a ring that fits the desired finger comfortably.

Using a standard ruler, measure the inside distance across the center of the ring.

Important: Measure only the empty space inside the ring (do not include the metal walls)

Match your measurement in millimeters (mm) to the Senya size chart below.
Senya Tip: If you find yourself between two sizes, we always recommend choosing the larger size for maximum comfort.

Expert Tips for Accuracy
Time of Day: Your fingers change size throughout the day. For the most accurate result, measure your finger at the end of the day when it is at its largest.
Dominant Hand: The fingers on your dominant hand are often slightly larger. Make sure to measure the specific finger where you plan to wear your new piece.
Adjustable Rings: If you are purchasing one of our "Adjustable" designs, these are "one size fits all" and can be gently tailored to fit any finger. No measurement is required!
