You will receive a tracking number immediately after dispatch.
Rest easy. Every Senya order is fully insured during transit. In the unlikely event that your package is lost by the carrier, we will investigate and send a replacement free of charge immediately. Just contact our Concierge team.
MATERIAL & DURABILITY
Yes. Forget the old rules. Our pieces use advanced PVD Gold Coating on Medical Grade Stainless Steel. They are 100% waterproof, sweatproof, and heatproof. You never have to take them off.
Never. Green skin is caused by copper or nickel reacting with sweat. We use 316L Stainless Steel, which is hypoallergenic and contains no nickel. It is safe for even the most sensitive skin.
If your piece loses a bit of sparkle, it is likely just surface buildup (lotions or oils), not fading. Simply wash it with warm water and gentle soap, dry with a soft cloth, and it will shine like new.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
We want you to love your Senya pieces. If the fit isn't perfect or the style isn't you, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Yes. Every piece is protected by our 2-Year Color Warranty. If your item tarnishes or loses its gold tone within two years of purchase, we will replace it for free.

Absolutely. All Senya orders arrive in our signature premium packaging, ready for gifting. You can add a personalized note at checkout, and we will include it in the package (without the invoice price).
